Consolidated Budget Workbook

The Consolidated Budget Workbook is designed to help a NORC program think through its budget needs. The workbook’s content and format should facilitate the tracking of revenue and in-kind supports, as well as relevant categories of expense. Because the complexity of NORC programs varies significantly, the workbook is designed with flexibility in mind. For some programs, the workbook will work fine as is, but others may need to modify it by adding line items. Still others may use the workbook as a reference to create their own.
