What is the Respondent ID Number?
Each respondent is assigned a unique ID number to ensure confidentiality and differentiate among respondents with the same last name. Only the Manager can match the ID number with the respondent’s name.
This will come in handy when the Manager wants to generate a list of people who may need follow-up because of how they answered a question. For example, if you want to know who has not had a flu shot, you can print a list to everyone who has answered “No.”
