Instructions for the Manager
The following is a Health Indicators database user guide for Managers. This Guide will help you Login, add new database users and interviewers, generate respondent ID numbers, enter completed survey data and generate reports. This guide can also be used by the deputy, the backup to the lead Manager. Having a deputy trained to assume the management tasks helps keep the process moving when the lead Manager is not available.
We recommend that you print it out so that it can be easily referenced as you are using the online database.
